2. Why do you wish to join The Legion ?

Was in The Legion before I left SGW.

3. What are your normal online hours and in which time zone are you in?

I am on all over the place. I am GMT- +10 (Australia)

4. Have you been in an alliance before in SGUW? If yes, Which? Why did you leave?

Nil, just joined.

5. Do you know anyone in the TL that can vouch for you?

Thakallus, Brdavs- anyone who was in TLE from 2 years ago.

6. What do you think you would bring to the TL alliance?

I will grow fast and help others do so. In TLE I was in the program helping smaller players get to size fast.

7. Do you have any experience playing any other similar styled online games?

SGW- 2005 to 2009 (beginning) and from July this year I have started a new account there and growing fast.

8. Give a brief description of your ingame playing style.

Builder mainly- I don't build high stats in defence etc but build up the account so that in war it still sits pretty and within 24hours I will be in profit Wink

9. But most importantly Do you share the values of The Legion (friendship, loyalty, standing up to each other), are you a team player (very important) and Are you able to be active ingame and on forum?

Welcome mate, glad you want to join us here on sguw as well Wink

Although I have to point out that we have had 3 recruits from sgw that mr Brdavs dragged over and it wasn't that successful unfortunately. Couzens, Grizzly & calibretto were signed up from sgw, but they were not active almost at all =/

I guess the reason is that they all viewed sguw as a second rate game to sgw and all of them were mainly focusing on sgw. However, if we want to build a successful alliance, then we all need to be extremely active as activity is the key to everything in these games - but im sure you know that, youve been playing sgw for about the same time as I have had.

so if you dont go the same path as grizzly & couz, then I would LOVE to see you among us Smile

we just demand very high activity....

I shall be around- I won't for the time being be trying to mass anyone of note to make a name for myself but will go about building a nice sized account.

I see that some of your spy attempts have already bounced Very Happy

Are they planning to introduce ascencions or anything like that a- la SGW. That will just for note change my game play and building tactics if they are going to Smile

As far as I know, they'll never introduce ascensions. The game has been around before under the name Dune Wars. It ran for a couple of years and there was never talk about ascension, so I doubt they'll start now.

just a query as I never played SGW in the later years, why did you leave?

and as Superbia said, Ascension is too much like SGW, they may add a technology for Ancients called Ascension which gives them a giant boost, but each race will getting something like that but it wont be anything like SGW.

I left because of time considerations- got promoted at work, just bought a new house which need work on the gardens and my wife and I were wanting to have kids so needed time to make that happen Wink

Alas no sgw time at that point.

I am playing SGW again with a new account and without any cash spent am in a pretty good position there.

Thanks all,

And I will be active- I have been logging on a few times a day just ticking the building blocks to the account along.

Only time I will be slightly inactive will be just before xmas when I go to visit my Dad in the bush- not sure how good wireless is out there :S
